Event Description: 

Presenter: Michael Schumacher, MPT, ATC-L, CSCS; Select Physical Therapy Center Manager:  Knox, Merrillville, Schererville, and Wall Street. Mike will show you basic anatomical structures in both the neck and shoulder region.  He will also talk about common injuries to both areas that occur,  and how to tell the difference between the injured regions.  Finally, he will show you basic stretching and strengthening exercises used to treat the injured regions.
