Event Description:

We are creating a "snapshot" of our libraries in the Starke County Public Library System. Smile, get in the picture, share your short story and help us let legislators know people need libraries. Would you help us out? We are joining with libraries all over the country to celebrate National Snapshot Day. This is a visual of one day in the life of your library. Snapshot Day has been established by the American Library Association. Showing how you use your library is a compelling vision of the role Hamlet, San Pierre, Koontz Lake and Henry F. Schricker libraries play in your community.  Your pictures and stories are presented to the American Library Association and used to help our legislators realize how valuable our services are to you. They occasionally may also be used for event flyers and in newsletters.

We look forward to treating you this day with the Cupcake Challenge and the Sit Back, Relax, Enjoy a Wonderful Video Tour of the Starke County Court House. There will be cupcakes at the one event and homemade chocolate chip cookies to please you at the second.  Make this day a special day in your life @ your library! :)
