5th Thursday Movie: “Eight Below” American geologist flies to Antarctica, participates in  U S Research, teams up with arctic guide Jerry Shepard, friend Cooper, and Shepard’s valuable sled dogs who have rescued him a number of times. As the men explore, an accident forces them to leave dogs behind. Shepard determined to rescue them, has to wait until weather allows travel.
