Alzheimer's Basics

The Basics will educate attendees about the difference between normal memory loss and Alzheimer’s disease. Risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease, the diagnostic process and the changes that the brain goes through as Alzheimer’s progresses are just some of the topics covered in the program. The program also features video clips of doctors, patients and loved ones who are caring for people with Alzheimer’s disease. Presenter is Louise Thompson of the Alzheimer’s Association.
